Our Process

Kahia Gin captures the ever-evolving nature of organic cactus leaves — a botanical known for its unpredictable character, shifting with each subtle change in climate.
Harvested by hand and distilled in small batches in the Netherlands, our process embraces nature’s variability, requiring precise adaptation with every distillation.
